Many people talk about ESG and Conscious Business today as if they are new concepts. For me, they have been the guiding principles of my career since my time as General Manager of the Hmathia Development Agency (AN.HMA. S.A. 1997-2010). As an Ethics Consultant with a PhD in Business Ethics, I believe that true leadership is measured by the "Shared Value" we create. Here is how we pioneered these pillars in practice:

1) Environmental Stewardship (E). We didn't just manage funds; we managed ecosystems. From the protection of the Axios-Aliakmonas Delta to sustainable development in the Pieria Mountains and Eastern Vermio, we balanced economic growth with environmental integrity.

2) Social Impact & Inclusion (S). Long before diversity and inclusion were corporate KPIs, we were implementing the EQUAL "SYN-EPIHEIRONTAS" project, integrating vulnerable groups into the labor market and designing human-centric urban spaces.

3) Ethical Governance (G). Transparency is the bedrock of trust. In managing LEADER programs (II, +, Local), we established rigorous ethical benchmarks and directed the Investor Reception Center with a focus on responsible industrial transition.
